Hi, I’m Danica Engesser, M.S. CCC-SLP, the heart and voice behind Black Hills Speech Solutions LLC! I’m a Spearfish native who ventured out to gain professional and world experience—think Minnesota, Hawaii, New Zealand, and beyond—before coming back to my roots here in Spearfish! Now, I’m absolutely thrilled to serve our amazing Black Hills community, helping kids and adults find their voice through in-person or online therapy. With over 8 years of experience, I’ve worked with tiny talkers in Hawaii, mastered telehealth during COVID, and now I’m here to bring that energy home.
